How It Works
Register your seller account
- To become an Trade and vape seller, all you need is your company information (Company Number & Bank Details (copy of Bank statement, depending on your category) and an active bank account.
- Once you register, you will have access to Seller Central, your one-stop portal for all your selling needs.
There are two options you can register as sellers
MARKETPLACE SELLERSeller will receive customer orders and you will pick, pack & deliver your products directly to the customers.
PRIME++ SELLERYour products are stored in our fulfilment centres and are eligible for Unlimited FREE same day Delivery. When you receive an order, we will pick, pack & deliver your juices on your behalf.
Upload your listings
- Once you've registered to sell online and you got approved/verified by your dedicated account manager, you will need to list your products. Use our easy-to-use listing tools on Seller Central.
- If you need support with product photography, catalouging or anything listing-related, you can always hire professionals from our third-party on extra price.
Customers see and buy your products
- By listing your products on Trade and Vape, you can reach millions of potential customers & businesses every day. Moreover, if your listings are Fulfilled by Trade and Vape, they become eligible for Prime.
- You can also advertise on Trade and Vape with Sponsored Products and target customers relevant to you.
Deliver your products to the customer
- When an order has been placed for one of your products, Trade and Vale notifies you by email as well as in your Seller Central dashboard. If you choose & Fulfilment by Trade and Vape, Trade and Vape will take care of storage, picking, packing and shipping as well as customer inquiries.
- If you are not on FBT, seller need to be deliver the product to their customers.
Receive your payment
- Payment for your sales (minus the Trade and Vape Seller fees) is deposited securely into your bank account every 7 days*. You can view your deposited balance along with tips to grow and expand your business in your Seller Central account.
- *This payment cycle will begin post account verification
Pricing & Fees
10% flat rate which include your monthly charges and payment processing fee for first three months.
Then it will be £4.99 (excl vat) monthly fee and 10% flat rate which include payment processing fee.

Same day delivery for Prime London customers if you are fulfilling with Trade and Vape.
